On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the designated time. Even though all participants share the same start time, our team is trained to process check-ins quickly and efficiently so that everyone can receive prompt attention. Once your bike is checked in, the mechanics will review your booking information and assess your bike with you to determine the exact scope of work and any associated costs. Any necessary adjustments to your credit card charges will be made after you approve the work. After your bike has been serviced, the mechanics will call you to notify you that it is ready for pick-up. This same-day service ensures convenience and peace of mind, allowing you to have your bike repaired efficiently without unnecessary delays.

I have lived here since its inception and I have never had issues like I have had this year, especially where it comes to the landscaping. Every year it has gone up exponentially and we pay over $1400 a quarter which is almost doubled since 2015. I am not sure what changed with either the board or the HOA or who is pocketing the extra funds. They have decided to get the cheapest quality landscaping and not tell anyone they have changed, and they also just changed the security guards and told everyone after the fact. There’s definitely something shady going on and no one is doing anything about it. I have reached out several times to the HOA and no one responds. I bet if the HOA paid what we pay at their neighborhood they would be just as upset! I have never complained before but this is ridiculous!
